Wheres the partial payments!

I cant believe that there are soo many IOU apps that miss this fundamental feature but have all of these other crazy things like public shame, which although was funny I wouldnt use it. What I would use on almost all of my personal loans is for the app to allow me to collect part of the loan back and record it, subtract from loan, and finally give a new balance. Makes no sense to me why this is missed when so many other things have been so carefully worked out.
